We recently launched a new, upgraded sandblasting hose, utilizing a unique Gaoke production formula to impart unprecedented wear resistance, enabling it to withstand even harsher working environments.
This sandblasting hose is suitable for air pressure blasting, rust removal, hemp removal, and wet and dry blasting on metal surfaces during construction.
Abrasion resistance, as a key performance characteristic of sandblasting hoses, is the primary criterion for users to distinguish hose quality. The current Ministry of Chemical Industry industry standard, "HG/T2192-2008 Rubber Hose for Sandblasting," stipulates that the wear volume should not exceed 140 mm³. However, the sandblasting hose developed by our company has a tested wear volume of 20 mm³ and an Akron abrasion of only 0.02 cm³, far exceeding the Ministry of Chemical Industry industry standard and industry standards, significantly extending the hose's service life.
